We are seeking a motivated and analytical Remote Associate Consultant to support client engagements, conduct research, analyze business data, and assist in delivering strategic recommendations. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, eager to learn, and capable of working in a fast-paced consulting environment while collaborating with senior consultants and client stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support consulting teams in delivering client projects across strategy, operations, or business transformation initiatives.
  • Conduct market research, industry benchmarking, and data analysis to support recommendations.
  • Build presentations, reports, and client deliverables using data-driven insights.
  • Assist in process mapping, workflow analysis, and business requirement documentation.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and clients to gather requirements and clarify project needs.
  • Analyze business performance metrics and identify improvement opportunities.
  • Participate in client meetings and document key findings and action items.
  • Support problem-solving efforts under the guidance of senior consultants.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Finance, Management, or a related field.
  • 0–3 years of experience in consulting, business analysis, finance, or operations preferred.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Google Workspace.
  • Familiarity with data analysis tools or BI tools (Power BI, Tableau) is a plus.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote, fast-paced environment.
