Job Title: Integration Specialist (HRIS)
Pay Rate: $65.00 Per Hour
Duration: 6 Month Contract
Location: 100% REMOTE
Hours of Operation:8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (Flexible)
Job Summary:
The HRIS Contractor. Responsible for the design, testing and implementation of Workday Benefits/Finance integration solutions.

Responsibilities:
· Workday Benefits & Finance Integrations build
· Act as subject matter expert across multiple Workday Benefits integrations
· Design, build, test and maintain Workday integrations
· Partner with stakeholders/vendors to gather requirements solutions
· Ensure Workday solutions align with business requirements and best practices
Basic Requirements:
· 4 to 5 years of Workday Benefits hands-on integration configuration experience
· Workday Core Connector
· Workday Integration Pro certification is a plus
· At least 2 Workday Benefits full implementation configuration
· Experience gathering requirements for Benefits integrations with third-party vendors
· Troubleshoot benefits related to system issues and business processes
· Experience working end-to-end across Workday initiatives, from requirements gathering through deployment
· Strong analytical mindset with excellent communication and collaboration skills
