Job Type: Full-Time
Pay: $28–$32/hour (based on experience and supervision hours)

What You'll Do
- Provide clinical support and supervision to Behavior Technicians (BTs/RBTs)
- Assist in implementing individualized treatment plans under BCBA guidance
- Conduct session observations and provide real-time coaching and feedback
- Support skill acquisition and behavior reduction programming
- Ensure treatment fidelity and high-quality service delivery
- Participate in parent/caregiver training and collaboration
- Maintain timely, accurate, and compliant clinical documentation
- Collaborate with BCBAs and multidisciplinary teams to support client progress

Required Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Psychology, Special Education, Applied Behavior Analysis or a related field (required)
- Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst (BCaBA) Certification, OR accruing hours towards a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Certification
- 1+ years’ experience supervising children with Autism Spectrum Disorders (ASD) and designing/managing ABA-based treatment (preferred)
- Advanced knowledge about Autism Spectrum Disorder
- Experience with a variety of assessment tools and report writing
- Excellent time management skills are a must
Preferred Qualifications:
- Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification
- Knowledge of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles and best practices
- Bilingual (Preferred)
