Position Summary: The Associate Clinical Sales Specialist is specifically responsible for obtaining and maintaining expert knowledge of Stryker Joint Replacement product portfolio including the Mako Robotic System for assigned territory and customers. The A.CSS will provide clinical product support to all end users and provide on-site guidance and assistance before, during and after surgical procedures. Resolve technical product and service issues as needed. Provide training, ongoing in-services, and customer education to assigned account(s). Provides feedback on product design to improve performance and customer satisfaction. Assist with joint replacement sales coverage duties as assigned.

Medical Sales College (MSC) Attendance Requirements:
This position is offered in partnership with Medical Sales College (MSC) as part of a Premier Industry Partner hiring pathway. As a condition of consideration for employment, selected candidates are required to successfully complete the MSC TotalOrtho+ or TotalOrtho Program, including all associated coursework, clinical training, and formal evaluations. Scholarships are available for top qualified candidates.
Completion of the MSC Program is a mandatory prerequisite for eligibility for hire into the Associate Clinical Sales Specialist (A.CSS) role. Candidates will undergo structured evaluations conducted by both Medical Sales College and CrossLink hiring teams during and upon completion of the program.
Candidates who do not successfully complete the program or meet evaluation standards will not be eligible for hire into this role.
