Job Summary:
The Department of Surgery Urology at the Pearlman Center is looking for an LPN with experience managing direct reports. This LPN will be responsible for managing schedules for direct reports, helping with orders, assisting in catheter changes and patient education, assisting in process improvement with implementing new protocols, managing day to day operations, along with other essential job functions delegated by the leadership team. Experience in Urology and management is preferred.
The Associate Clinical Manager will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day clinical operations for the practice. The Associate Clinical Manager ensures compliance with TJC, CMS and DOH requirements across all practice locations. The Associate Clinical Manager oversees infection control standards in the practice and participates in EOC rounding in the practice. The Associate Clinical Manager will communicate new processes, assist with coverage plans for unexpected needs and act as the subject matter expert for clinical questions and EHR optimization. The Associate Clinical Manager will support hiring, onboarding and orientation of new clinical staff, complete clinical competencies and performance appraisals.

Qualifications:
High School Diploma/GED (Required)
Graduate of a state approved Practical Nurse Program. And 3+ years practical nursing experience (Required)
Licenses, Registrations, and Certifications
BLS/ACLS/PALS (per specialty) through American Heart Association (Required)
