Hybrid Client Service Representative role in Litigation Management Call Center locations (Sacramento, Lewisville, Logan, Wilmington).
Working Monday–Friday with varying hours from 8 am to 8 pm EST.
Handle calls and emails related to service of process from corporate, legal, and jurisdictional clients, including document review and legal research.
Build client relationships, provide accurate, timely responses, and navigate multiple databases efficiently.
Require energetic, detail-oriented self-starters with strong communication, research, and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in MS Office and Salesforce preferred.
Salary estimate: $44,000–$48,000.
