    Overview

    The Associate will be a member of the Business Development team in the Americas, assisting with the commercial interactions with all Rating Evaluation Service (RES) clients. Additionally, the Associate will assist the manager with a variety of projects/activities related to record-keeping and revenue data.

    Responsibilities

    • Assist with client education, client queries, price and work with colleagues internally (e.g. Compliance, Ratings, Contracts and Governance, etc.) on new inquiries• Learn the intricacies of the Rating Evaluation Service, train as back-up to the manager• Prepare recurring and ad hoc financial reports for senior management• Work on project requests to support the Business Development team which include preparing/reviewing prospect lists and providing pertinent market-specific data• Provide data support for requests from Business Operation Services

    Maintain the role of Salesforce Administrator including: • Ensure compliance of corporate record-keeping policies, including updating records, performing audits and providing feedback to management• Handle the management of Business Development Team''s Opportunities• Pull lead referral report from Salesforce and provide quarterly updates to Head of Business Development

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor's Degree in areas of study of Business, Economics or related field required • 2 to 3 years of job-related experience• Rating agency or Insurance industry experience is a plus
