Associate Client Order Coordinator

Wilmington, DE

Working Hours: Monday-Friday, 11:00 am-8:00 pm ET. (During the initial 6-week training period, hours will be Monday-Friday, 8:00 am-5:00 pm ET)

Hybrid Work Model (3 days onsite/ 2 days remote)

As an Associate Client Order Coordinator, you will register, renew, transfer, and modify domain names with accuracy and efficiency. This role requires a proactive mindset and strong critical thinking, organizational, and problem-solving skills. You will work closely with vendors and colleagues across diverse regions and cultures. Some of the things you will be doing:

  • Register, renew, transfer, and modify domain names
  • Research and develop expertise in domain-specific requirements
  • Prepare documentation and provide clear and concise instructions
  • Develop partnerships with global vendors through effective communication and cultural awareness
  • Prioritize work in a shared team queue and collaborate to ensure all work is complete
  • Identify and escalate complex issues, ensuring follow-up and resolution in a timely manner
  • Understand and strive to meet or exceed performance metrics that support our commitment to industry-leading client service

What technical skills, experience, and qualifications do you need?

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to present information clearly to stakeholders
  • Analytical and critical thinking skills to interpret data, identify issues, and develop practical solutions
  • Effective planning and organizational skills to manage tasks, prioritize work, and meet deadlines
  • High level of attention to detail to ensure accuracy and quality of work
  • Adaptability and flexibility to respond to changing processes and priorities
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills including Excel, Word, and Outlook
