Breckenridge Community Schools is seeking an ambitious, detail-oriented professional for a unique, structured career advancement opportunity. The Associate District Business Manager position is designed as a 2-year developmental pathway for an individual who possesses strong foundational business or accounting skills but is looking to specialize in K-12 school finance.
Working directly under the mentorship of the Superintendent and experienced school financial advisors, the selected candidate will receive dedicated on-the-job training, professional mentorship, and formal educational support (which may include Michigan School Business Officials [MSBO] certification tracks or related coursework). Within a two-year period, the Associate will gradually assume full independence over the district's operational and financial functions.
