This person will own the end-to-end business development operation, ensuring advisors have well-researched opportunities, strong materials, clear pipeline visibility, and consistent execution standards.Responsibilities Build and operate the Business Development EngineDesign and run the end-to-end business development engine, including sourcing, research, qualification, team allocation, and pipeline trackingBuild workflows, operating cadence, and governance that provide leadership visibility into pipeline health, conversion performance, and revenue trajectoryDefine standardized qualification criteria, stage definitions, and routing logic to ensure senior advisors focus on the highest-probability opportunitiesEstablish handoff protocols and feedback loops that maintain momentum and preserve relationship quality from centralized preparation through advisor engagementCreate tailored presentations and proposals for prospective clients, ensuring alignment with their unique financial goals and the firm's value propositionManage and track the entire prospective client pipeline in CRM (e.g., Salesforce), including logging interactions, updating status, and maintaining accurate recordsEnable Consistent Prospective Client EngagementDevelop materials and playbooks that support consistent prospective client engagement, including templates, positioning frameworks, and briefing standards aligned to a unified firm narrativeEnsure advisors are equipped with well-researched opportunities, strong materials, and clear context at the point of engagementReporting, Analytics, and Operational RigorBuild dashboards and tools to track KPIs, pipeline performance, and operational effectivenessTrack and report on progress of strategic initiatives, identifying risks, dependencies, and roadblocksPrepare content for leadership, strategic planning sessions, and business reviewsAnalyze referral sources and pipeline metrics to identify trends and report on business development performance, including client referrals, reference calls, and projected AUMStrategic InitiativesSupport execution of key firm initiatives, with primary emphasis on business development and secondary support for select corporate initiativesContribute to internal communications on behalf of senior leadership, as neededAssist with initiatives that strengthen culture, performance, and cross‑functional collaborationAbout You Bachelor's degree with 3–5 years of relevant experience (strategy, business development, consulting, or investment management)Strong analytical, writing, and presentation skills; capable of producing polished, decision‑ready materialsHighly organized and effective at managing multiple priorities with senior stakeholdersProficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPointSelf‑starter who takes ownership and works effectively both independently and collaborativelyProven client‑facing experience and strong interpersonal communication skillsHigh attention to detail, discretion, and integrityCurious, resilient problem‑solver who thrives in dynamic environmentsCompensation at Jordan Park includes a base salary, discretionary year-end bonus, benefits, and other perks.
