Job Title- Associate Brand Manager
Duration- 08 Month+ Contract
Work Location: Remote
Work Schedule : FT / M-F
Pay Rate- $40-42/Hour on W2

The Associate Brand Manager helps grow and manage a consumer brand by supporting marketing campaigns, analyzing business performance, launching new products, managing budgets, and working with cross-functional teams such as Sales, Finance, R&D, and external agencies.

This role is responsible for:

  • Developing and executing marketing and promotional plans
  • Analyzing sales, market trends, and competitor performance
  • Supporting new product launches and brand extensions
  • Managing marketing budgets and tracking spending
  • Coordinating with sales teams and agencies on campaigns
  • Using consumer and market data to drive business decisions
  • Preparing reports and presentations for leadership

Ideal Background

  • 1+ years of experience (including internships) in Brand Management, Marketing, Consumer Packaged Goods (Client), Food, Personal Care, or OTC products
  • Experience with product launches, promotions, and market analysis is highly preferred.
