    Description

    Bemus Landscape is seeking a driven and dedicated Associate Branch Manager to join our team. This developmental role is designed to prepare you for future branch leadership by providing hands-on experience across all facets of landscape maintenance operations-team leadership, client management, sales, safety, and financial oversight.

    As an Associate Branch Manager, you will support the Branch Manager in daily operations, drive team performance, uphold safety standards, and ensure exceptional service delivery. You will maintain a book of business (~$500K+) and be instrumental in building client relationships and identifying growth opportunities.

    • Support and promote a zero-harm safety culture through training, monitoring, and compliance

    • Lead, mentor, and manage field and office teams to meet branch goals

    • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients; serve as a key point of contact

    • Assist in business development efforts, including upselling and new client acquisition

    • Manage project timelines, crew scheduling, and resource allocation

    • Participate in budgeting, financial performance tracking, and invoicing

    • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure operational excellence

    Qualifications:

    • 3+ years of leadership or management experience, preferably in landscaping or a related service industry

    • Strong communication, interpersonal, and team-building skills

    • Working knowledge of landscape maintenance operations and practices

    • Experience with financial reports, project management, and CRM systems

    • Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, or related field preferred

    • Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus

    • Must be physically able to work in an outdoor environment and lift up to 50 lbs

    Working Conditions:

    This position involves frequent fieldwork in varying weather conditions and exposure to job site elements such as dust, noise, chemicals, and uneven surfaces.

    Candidates must pass a post-offer drug and alcohol screening.
