Drive analysis and deliverables that underpin the firm’s financial advisory services, and actively participate in business development processes, including attending formal client meetings. Requires: Master’s degree (U.S. or foreign equivalent) in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, Accounting, or related field and one (1) year of experience in the job offered or in a related role or Bachelor’s degree (U.S. or foreign equivalent) in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, Accounting, or related field and three (3) years of experience in the job offered or in a related role. Prior employment must include one (1) year of experience (with Master’s degree ) or three (3) years of experience (with Bachelor’s degree) with: building and reviewing multi-method valuation models (e.g. traditional DCF, sensitivity analyses, Monte Carlo analyses) to value various types of assets; developing client-ready presentations and financial models using Microsoft Office applications including Excel and PowerPoint; working with investment banking professionals in connection with M&A and debt restructuring transactions, capital raising, and other financial transactions; presenting to executives on financial analyses and valuation of insurance instruments; and reading and analyzing financial statements of financial services companies, as well as actuarial appraisals.
