We're looking for an Employment Law Associate Attorney (2-7 years' experience) to join a dynamic litigation practice specializing in wage and hour class actions and employee rights advocacy.

This is an opportunity for an attorney who enjoys hands-on litigation, direct client interaction, and taking ownership of cases from inception through resolution.

You'll Have the Opportunity To:

  • Litigate complex employment matters in state and federal court
  • Take and defend depositions
  • Appear at hearings and mediations
  • Draft key litigation documents and settlement agreements
  • Manage cases with significant autonomy while collaborating with experienced attorneys

Qualifications

  • 2-7 years of employment litigation experience
  • Experience handling wage and hour matters strongly preferred
  • Strong writing, advocacy, and negotiation skills
  • Self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment
