Job Details

The ideal candidate is a detail‑oriented, client‑focused attorney with a strong foundation in estate planning and an interest in working with high‑net‑worth individuals and families.
Qualifications & Responsibilities include:

  • Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school
  • Active license with the California Bar
  • 3+ years of experience in estate planning, trust and estate administration, or related areas (high‑net‑worth experience preferred)
  • Experience drafting estate planning documents such as wills, revocable and irrevocable trusts, powers of attorney, and advance directives
  • Familiarity with estate, gift, and generation‑skipping transfer tax concepts
  • Ability to analyze complex financial and family structures and propose strategic planning solutions
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain complex legal concepts clearly to clients
  • High level of professionalism, discretion, and attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple matters efficiently while meeting deadlines
  • Collaborative mindset with the ability to work independently when needed
