Job Details

We are seeking a Litigation Associate with experience in construction defect and/or personal injury to handle cases from inception through resolution.
This role is ideal for an attorney who is comfortable managing a caseload, communicating with clients, and handling day-to-day litigation responsibilities in a remote environment.

Responsibilities include:
  • Managing a caseload of construction defect and personal injury matters
  • Drafting pleadings, motions, and discovery
  • Taking and defending depositions
  • Attending hearings, mediations, and settlement conferences
  • Communicating directly with clients, carriers, and opposing counsel
  • Handling law and motion practice
  • Preparing cases for trial as needed

Skills:
  • Licensed and in good standing with the California Bar
  • Experience in construction defect and/or personal injury litigation
  • Ability to manage cases independently
  • Strong writing and analytical skills
  • Comfortable handling depositions and court appearances
  • Organized and able to manage deadlines in a remote setting
