As an Associate Attorney, responsibilities encompass taking depositions, appearing at the Workers' Compensation Appeals Board, managing cases of varying complexity, communicating with clients, developing case strategies, negotiating settlements, drafting pleadings, and handling all aspects of workers' compensation litigation.
