Job Details

We are seeking an experienced Attorney specializing in personal Injury litigation to join our growing legal team.

This is an excellent opportunity to represent clients in all stages of personal injury matters, from inception through resolution. The successful candidate will have a strong passion for the law, an unwavering commitment to client service, and a well-rounded understanding of personal injury law. This position requires at least 1 year of experience.

Responsibilities:

  • Managing a heavy caseload of personal injury cases from intake to resolution.
  • Conducting comprehensive case evaluations to assess the merits of claims.
  • Drafting pleadings, motions, and appellate documents and filing them with the court.
  • Performing discovery, depositions, mediations, and trial preparation.
  • Representing clients in court and advocating for their rights and interests.
  • Negotiating settlements for legal disputes.
  • Complying with all legal standards and regulations.
  • Maintaining clear and complete documentation for all cases.
  • Remaining current on developments and trends in personal injury law to provide the most effective service.
  • Collaborating with legal team members to develop effective strategies for case handling.

Qualifications:

  • Juris Doctorate (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
  • Licensed in Texas and in good standing.
  • A minimum of 1 year of experience as a practicing attorney, specifically in personal injury litigation.
  • Proven track record of success in personal injury cases, including depositions, mediations, and trial preparation.
  • Excellent negotiation skills and the ability to resolve complex issues.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to think strategically.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with clients, court personnel, and other members of the legal community.
  • Ability to manage a heavy caseload and multi-task effectively.
  • Proficiency with legal research software and case management systems.
  • Strong commitment to professional ethics and client confidentiality.
