Job Overview A law firm seeks an Associate Attorney specializing in Intellectual Property for its Riverside, CA office. The ideal candidate will have 2-5 years of experience in IP litigation matters, supporting a variety of cases including patent, copyright, and trademark litigation.Duties Engage in trademark, patent, copyright, and trade secret litigation in federal court.Provide general IP-related advice and counsel.Conduct document and data reviews; manage e-discovery processes.Prepare and respond to written discovery requests.Conduct and defend depositions.Perform law and motion work.Attend court hearings and argue substantive motions.Participate in arbitration and/or trial proceedings.Prepare trademark, copyright, and patent applications; respond to office actions.Requirements Admitted to practice law in the State of California.Experience with Trademark Office, Patent Office, and ITC is a plus.Transactional and licensing experience is a plus.General business/commercial and employment litigation experience is a plus.Education Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.Certifications Licensed to practice law in California.Skills Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.Benefits Comprehensive health insurance.Retirement savings plan.Professional development opportunities.#J-18808-Ljbffr
