Job Summary:
Our Client is seeking an Associate Attorney to join our General Liability practice group. The successful candidate will work closely with our experienced attorneys to provide high-quality legal services to our clients, focusing on general liability defense, including matters related to personal injury, property damage, and other liability claims.
Requirements:
- Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an ABA-accredited law school
- Admission to practice law in at least one state (or eligibility to sit for a bar exam)
- 0-3 years of experience in general liability defense or related practice area
- Strong research, writing, and analytical skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in general liability defense, insurance defense, or related practice area
- Familiarity with relevant laws and regulations, such as tort law and civil procedure
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Experience working with clients and handling case files from inception to resolution
