Our client, a Foreclosure practice, is seeking a remote Associate Attorney to join their growing team.
Job Requirements:
- Remote position (office optional in Frisco, TX Stonebriar area).
- Strong understanding of legal principles, procedures, and regulations
- Legal research and writing proficiency
- Ability to draft contracts, pleadings, and legal documents
- Conduct legal research and case preparation
- Provide legal advice and strategy support
- Review documents and ensure compliance
- Ability to work under supervision of senior attorneys or partners
- Ethical judgment and confidentiality
Qualifications:- Must be licensed in Texas.
- 15 years of junior associate-level experience
- Real estate experience is preferred
- Strong communication and analytical thinking
- Attention to detail and organization
- Time management and ability to handle multiple cases
