Job Details

What You'll Be Doing
  • Building and executing litigation strategy on complex commercial disputes
  • Drafting sharp pleadings, discovery, and legal memoranda that move cases forward
  • Showing up in state and federal courtrooms — hearings, depositions, trials
  • Partnering with clients directly, keeping them informed and confident throughout
  • Collaborating with partners and colleagues in a team that actually functions like one
  • Managing a dynamic caseload with competing deadlines — and thriving under that pressure

What You Bring
  • J.D. from an ABA-accredited law school and active Florida Bar membership in good standing
  • 2+ years of defense-side commercial litigation experience in Florida state and/or federal courts
  • Serious research and writing chops — you find the winning argument and make it clearly
  • Command of local, state, and federal rules of civil procedure
  • The ability to own your cases independently while collaborating seamlessly with a team
  • Professionalism, discretion, and the kind of judgment clients trust
