Job Details

We are hiring Litigation Attorneys with 3+ years of experience through senior level to join our defense team in St. Louis.

This is a flexible opportunity based on experience. Whether you are continuing to build your litigation skillset or ready to step in and manage a full docket from day one, there is a clear path here.

You will handle matters from start to finish and gain exposure to complex civil litigation work, including general liability, premises liability, construction, transportation, and professional liability.

Responsibilities include:
  • Managing a caseload of defense matters based on experience level
  • Drafting pleadings, motions, and overall case strategy
  • Taking and defending depositions
  • Court appearances and hearings
  • Working closely with partners on litigation strategy
  • Client interaction and case management

What We’re Looking For
  • 3 plus years of civil litigation in defense experience required
  • Ability to manage files independently. Senior candidates should be comfortable running a full docket
  • Strong writing, analytical, and organizational skills
  • Experience with depositions, motion practice, and court appearances
  • Tech savvy and adaptable in a paperless environment
  • Team oriented with a strong work ethic
