Compensation & Benefits:
Base Salary: $80,000 – $100,000+ (commensurate with experience)

Position Summary:
The Associate Attorney will manage a diverse caseload, collaborating with legal assistants to develop tailored case strategies and provide effective representation for clients before Immigration Courts and USCIS. This role requires empathy, professionalism, and a strong commitment to advocating for vulnerable populations.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop individualized case plans and legal strategies for each client
Represent clients in Immigration Court hearings and USCIS interviews
Conduct legal research, draft motions, briefs, and supporting documents
Collaborate with legal assistants and paralegals to ensure timely case progression
Communicate with clients regularly to provide updates and guidance
Maintain a high level of professionalism and cultural sensitivity when serving immigrant communities
Qualifications:
Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
Active membership in good standing with the Georgia Bar (or eligibility for reciprocity)
Strong legal research, writing, and courtroom advocacy skills
Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred
Demonstrated ability to manage a high-volume caseload with attention to detail and compassion
