DescriptionJob SummaryRepresent institutional mortgage lenders and servicers in bankruptcy matters with a focus on protecting and enforcing secured‑creditor rights in Chapters 7, 13, and 11. Provide end‑to‑end legal strategy across the lifecycle of a bankruptcy case, including proof of claim, motions for relief from stay, plan review and objection, loan modification and loss‑mitigation oversight, and post‑petition compliance.
