The work is complex, high-stakes, and cross-office.Role SummaryDrive briefing, discovery, and strategy on civil antitrust litigation in federal court.Support and lead on DOJ/FTC civil conduct investigations and criminal enforcement matters.Collaborate with senior lawyers on case theory, economic evidence, and agency advocacy.Candidate Profile2–6 years of antitrust experience from a top firm, clerkship, or agency.
