This position will

support the distribution,

maintenance

and production of

multiple recurring reports or workflows

in order to

drive improvements

and

identify

opportunities

across one or more of the business teams within Revenue Operations

.

This includes building lower complexity reports as needed, identifying & fixing report issues, and

assisting

with ad hoc data pulls.

Analysis & Technical

:

• Understands how to pull and aggregate data across primary data sources with some guidance
• Produces & distributes multiple recurring reports or workflowsutilizingtoolssuch as Excel,SQLand Tableau
• Troubleshootsfront-end report issues independently and escalates when support is needed
• Answers questions & makes updates as needed using knowledgeabout report logic and relevant data in all reports for which they are responsible

Project & Stakeholder management:

• Participates actively in all working sessions
• Sends recaps from meetings
• Maintains up to date documentation for reports,processesand analysis assumptions
• Keeps track of assigned work & balances multiple prioritiesin order tocomplete worktimely
• Partners with stakeholders by clearly responding to questionsabout reportsor workflowsfor which they are responsible

Problem Solving:

• Raises awareness when issues arise thatimpacta report(s)

This position will be open for a minimum of three days.

The Wage Range for the role is $29.00 - $40.50/hour.

If a candidate is hired, they will be paid at least the minimum wage according to their geographical jurisdiction and the exemption status for the position.

Washington Exempt: $80,168.40/year Washington Non-exempt: Bellingham: $19.13/hour, Burien: $21.63/hour, Everette: $20.77/hour, Unincorporated King County: $20.82/hour, Renton: $21.57/hour, Seattle: $21.30/hour, Tukwila: $21.65/hour, Remainder of Washington state: $17.13/hour
