Job Description:
The Associate is primarily responsible for performing financial analyses, evaluating investment returns, conducting due diligence review, creating investment summaries, maintaining investment pipeline and special projects. This position is critical to providing support to the Managing Director and Director of Acquisitions in selecting and acquiring land sites for the delivery of data center development and other investments. The Associate reports to Managing Director of Acquisitions and has an in-office schedule.
