Job Description and Duties

Under the direction of the Accounting Administrator I, Supervisor of the Debt Issuance and Cash Analysis Section, the Associate Accounting Analyst is responsible for performing complex professional accounting duties related to the management of bond issuance and administration of the State Water Project (SWP) debt portfolio including General Obligation bonds, Water Revenue bonds, and SWP commercial paper program (CP). Prepares and files the reports required under the commercial paper program and bond covenants. Provides the necessary support to issue bonds and commercial paper to finance the construction, improvement and maintenance of the State Water Project.
