What's the job?


The Associate Account Marketing Manager, Non-Residential & Infrastructure, plays a critical role in ensuring alignment between corporate marketing strategy and the unique needs of our business units. This position serves as a strategic connector --bridging Corporate Marketing with the Interior Products Group (IPG), Infrastructure & Commercial Products Group (ICPG), and Canada Commercial teams --to drive cohesive, high-impact marketing efforts.


We need someone who can translate complex business priorities into clear, actionable, and integrated marketing plans. This role ensures that our marketing approach is not only consistent and aligned across the enterprise, but also tailored to the distinct audiences, channels, and growth opportunities within each business segment. By partnering closely with key stakeholders, you will help prioritize initiatives, optimize resource allocation, and deliver measurable outcomes.


In this role, you will elevate how marketing supports the business by guiding full-funnel strategies --from awareness to consideration to conversion --while maintaining alignment with broader corporate campaigns and objectives. Your ability to connect centrally led initiatives with sector-specific opportunities will ensure that we maximize reach, engagement, and return on investment.


Marketing Services Coordination-


- Act as the primary point of contact for Corporate Marketing services


- Translate business needs into clear, actionable marketing briefs


- Coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver integrated marketing campaigns


Business Partnership & Marketing Support


- Serve as a trusted marketing advisor to business unit leaders


- Provide day-to-day marketing guidance and support


- Align marketing initiatives with business goals in partnership with the Account


Marketing Manager


Sector-Level Campaign Execution


- Support execution of sector-wide campaigns


- Turn strategy into actionable plans and coordinate delivery


- Partner with business units to ensure alignment and consistency


Resource & Work Planning-


- Manage timelines, scope, and project priorities


- Ensure efficient use of resources and alignment with team capacity


Performance Tracking & Reporting-


- Monitor campaign performance and key metrics


- Share insights and updates with stakeholders


What do you bring?


Education


- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field (or equivalent experience) - Required


Experience


- 4 -6+ years of marketing or advertising experience in a client-facing or account management role - Required


- Experience in B2B, commercial construction, industrial sectors, or matrixed organizations - Preferred


Skills & Capabilities


- Strong understanding of marketing disciplines (digital, communications, brand, campaign strategy)


- Excellent project management and organizational skills


- Ability to translate business needs into effective marketing plans


- Experience managing integrated campaigns


- Strong communication and collaboration skills
