This role owns customer business strategy,revenue, margin, and execution while building strategic partnerships with key retail accounts. TheNAM develops Joint Business Plans, leads cross-functional execution, and delivers sustainable,profitable growth aligned with Prym Consumer objectives.Essential FunctionsBusiness Ownership & Financial Accountability: Own revenue, gross margin, and profitability for assigned accounts. Develop annual customer business plans. Manage trade spending, promotional ROI, and customer investments to maximize profitability. Deliver annual sales, distribution, and margin objectives.Joint Business Planning: Develop and execute Joint Business Plans with key grocery customers aligned to retailer and Prym growth initiatives. Define annual priorities, promotional strategies, assortment plans, and performance targets.Forecasting & Inventory Planning: Partner with Supply Chain to develop accurate forecasts. Monitor inventory health and replenishment performance. Proactively mitigate out-of-stocks and reduce excess inventory through data-driven planning.Category Management & Analytics: Analyze retailer and internal data to identify growth opportunities. Recommend assortment optimization, pricing insights, and merchandising improvements.
