The hours for this role are based on Central or Pacific Standard Time
The Associate Account Manager (AAM) will be responsible for expanding the Company's business within pre-assigned geographic territories. This position is accountable to achieve sales goals through the acquisition and development of new customers and to upsell within these new accounts for a minimum of 12 months. The prospect targets are $20K-$40K/year in Revenue or less. Larger opportunities/leads are to be transferred to a Regional Account Manager.
Quotas for each month and other associated KPI's will be assigned to the AAM by the business and Technical Sales Manager. Objective is to achieve/exceed these expectations and grow our Small Quantity business.
