Join our team as an experienced and empathetic leader to guide the medical and nursing operations for our senior care living program. Your role will be pivotal in ensuring superior care standards, adherence to regulations, effective staff management, and comprehensive health oversight for our residents. You will work alongside our administrative and interdisciplinary teams to guarantee optimal elder care while supporting a cohesive environment.

Responsibilities:
- Manage and coordinate the healthcare services delivered to program residents.
- Recruit, train, oversee, and assess Certified Home Health Aides and Personal Care Aides.
- Conduct detailed resident evaluations and make decisions on new admissions considering care needs and workforce capacity.
- Approve and manage clinical and compliance documentation as per regulations.
- Guarantee adherence to New York State healthcare policies and quality benchmarks.
- Keep precise records for residents, staff, and program data.
- Engage in program enhancement, quality assurance projects, and resolving grievances.
- Provide support across various program functions and services to both residents and staff.
- Partner with the Administrator on planning and delivering quality care services.
- Exemplify professionalism, organization, and thorough follow-up.
- Fulfill additional responsibilities as directed.

Qualifications:
- UAS experience is highly advantageous.
- Must be at least 21 years of age.
- Completion of an Associate's or Bachelor's degree from a recognized institution.
- Possess a valid New York State Registered Nurse (RN) license.
- Preferably experienced in home care, assisted living, or long-term care environments.
- Proven leadership, supervision, and team development capabilities.
- Ability to inspire, train, and appraise staff effectively.
- Proficient in communication (oral, written, technical).
- Strong computer skills (Word, spreadsheets, electronic records).
- Exceptionally organized with excellent time management abilities.
- Competent in making informed decisions while respecting client rights and adhering to regulatory standards.
- Professional presence when interacting with all stakeholders.
