Eden Vista Green Bay is a proud member of the Vista Senior Living Management network, where compassionate care meets exceptional living. With 16 communities spanning across multiple states, Vista Senior Living specializes in Assisted Living and Memory Care services. Our dedicated team ensures a nurturing environment where seniors thrive and find joy in every moment. Eden Vista of Green Bay is community located at 289 E. St. Joseph St., Green Bay, Wisconsin 54301. This community has a unique setup and known as The Village of Eden Vista and The Court of Eden Vista. It is essentially two facilities on the same block.

Position: ALF Director

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for the overall operation of communities in assigned region.
  • Supports Administrator/Executive director as he/she leads management teams of all departments, including but not limited to administration, marketing, food beverage, repair maintenance, housekeeping, resident care, and resident programming.
  • Successfully executes business development strategies and directs short-term and long-term planning to support strategic goals.
  • Ensures compliance with federal and state laws and regulations.
  • Ensures adherence to company policy and procedures.
  • Aids with difficult situations/responds to emergencies.
  • Responsible for operating plans, budgeting, and capital improvements.
  • Reviews PL for exceptions and manages problem areas.
  • Attends monthly meetings or as scheduled by the corporate office.
  • Oversees hiring and training process.
  • Represents the company and its communities to the public.
  • Visits assigned communities regularly.

Leadership and Management:

  • Provide overall leadership and direction to ensure the successful operation of both facilities.
  • Supervise and support the Executive Directors of Eden Vista Green Bay in their daily operations.
  • Foster a positive and collaborative work environment that promotes teamwork, professionalism, and excellence.
  • Implement and enforce company policies, procedures, and standards consistently across both facilities.
  • Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback to the Executive Directors and their teams.

Operational Excellence:

  • Oversee and monitor the financial performance of the facility, ensuring revenue growth and cost control measures.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and licensing requirements.
  • Collaborate with the Executive Directors to develop and implement strategic plans and goals for both facilities.
  • Evaluate and enhance operational processes to optimize efficiency and quality of care.
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement, innovation, and excellence in resident care.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 2 years of prior experience as an Assisted Living Facility Director in the Assisted Living industry.
  • Proven track record of successful leadership and management in a senior care setting.
  • Strong knowledge of relevant regulations, licensing requirements, and best practices in senior care.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Management, or a related field (preferred).
