Full Time | Evening Shift
Part Time | Day, Evening and Night Shift | Every Other Weekend

** PAY RATE BETWEEN $20-23/HOUR **
(based on experience and shift differentials)

Assisted Living Caregiver Requirements:

• High school diploma or G.E.D. required.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Certification in Medication Administration, First Aid/Heimlich, and fire safety training is preferred - training available if not already certified.
• CNA certification preferred and/or demonstrated competency in direct patient care needs.
• American Heart Association (AHA) First Aid certification required within 6 months of hire or within 2 years of completing your initial CBRF First Aid & Choking certification class. AHA certification is valid for 2 years and must be renewed accordingly.
• Must become medication delegated upon hire and be able to pass medications as required.
• Minimum of 2 years' experience providing care or assistance with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) in an Assisted Living, RCAC, or CBRF facility is required.
• Basic computer skills required.

What you'll do as an Assisted Living Caregiver :

• Serve as a central resource for resident questions or concerns, maintain positive and confidential communication, and foster a welcoming environment aligned with our hospitality-focused care model.
• Support residents with personal organization, laundry, light housekeeping, and daily chores to ensure a clean and safe living environment, following individual service package guidelines.
• Administer or supervise self-administration of medications as ordered by a physician under nurse supervision and accompany residents to off-site health appointments as directed.
• Provide reminders for appointments and activities, encourage resident involvement, and assist with everyday tasks such as reading mail or changing hearing aid batteries as requested.
