Position Summary
We are seeking an experienced, motivated, and compassionate Assisted Living Administrator to oversee the daily operations of our community. The Administrator is responsible for ensuring regulatory compliance, managing staff, supporting resident satisfaction, maintaining occupancy goals, and fostering a positive environment for residents, families, and employees.
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations of the assisted living community
- Ensure compliance with all state and federal regulations
- Supervise and support department managers and staff
- Manage staffing, scheduling, hiring, and employee performance
- Maintain resident satisfaction and quality of care standards
- Coordinate admissions, tours, and move-ins
- Monitor budgets, expenses, and financial performance
- Ensure accurate documentation and reporting
- Maintain positive relationships with residents, families, physicians, vendors, and referral sources
- Lead staff meetings, training, and in-services
- Prepare for and participate in state surveys and inspections
Qualifications
- Must have a current Oklahoma Assisted Living/Residential Care Administrator License
- Long-Term Care Administrator license accepted
- Previous assisted living, residential care, or long-term care management experience preferred
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Knowledge of state regulations and compliance requirements
- Ability to manage multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment
- Compassionate, professional, and team-oriented attitude
