Assisted Living Activity Assistant Responsibilities:
Working Monday through Wednesday for 20 - 25 hours per week
Helping plan daily and weekly recreational activities and leading residents during these activities
Leading seniors in group and one-on-one activities while encouraging socialization, engagement, and participation
Keeping activity calendars updated and proactively preparing for upcoming programs
Building and strengthening positive and uplifting relationships with residents
Helping with special events, outings, and other functions as needed
The Qualifications:
Friendly, enthusiastic, and reliable personality
Genuine desire to serve seniors and enhance their daily quality of life
Respectful, professional, and compassionate demeanor
Experience working in a senior living facility or planning activities (PREFERRED, not required)
Compensation & Perks:
$17.00/hour
