POSITION: Assistant Coach IMMEDIATE SUPERVISOR: Head Coach/Athletic Director/Principal FLSA STATUS: Exempt EMPLOYMENT TERM: The season of the sport SALARY: In accordance with the Coaches Salary Schedule approved by the Hampshire County Board of Education EVALUATION: Performance in this position will be evaluated by the building principal/immediate supervisor and in accordance with WV State Code §18A-2-12, WV State Board Policy 5310, and HCBOE Evaluation Policies 3220.02 and 4220.01
JOB SUMMARY: Provide appropriate instruction to student athletes in the assigned sport; Plan, organize, and schedule a regular program of practices and games.

Most commonly, the educational setting is indoors with outdoor settings for recess and field trip activities.
