The Assistant Diving Coach is responsible for assisting the Head Swimming/Diving Coach with all aspects of a competitive Missouri Valley Conference Womens Swimming/Diving program. The Assistant Diving Coach will functionally be the Head Diving Coach for the program and not only assist with coaching specific diving skills but also assist with all phases of the recruitment of highly skilled prospective student-athletes from identification and evaluation through signing them to athletics scholarships, etc. The Assistant Diving Coach is responsible for conducting all of their duties and activities with integrity and within NCAA rules, Missouri Valley Conference rules, Illinois State University, and the Athletics Department regulations.
