Warehousing, Inventory Cycle Counts, Inventory Management, Materials Management,
Inbound Shipments:
- Determine storage locations for all inbound shipments before arrival
- Creating an inbound procedure to ensure the accuracy of inbound shipments, including but not limited to quantity, visual quality, and weight
- Ensuring the proper and timely flow of paperwork to purchasing
- Notifying purchasing immediately of any discrepancies from purchase orders
Outbound:
- Responsible for the timely staging/picking of all orders shipping directly from the company
- Monitor all outbound shipments for accuracy, including quantity, pallet condition, and weight
- Review all paperwork for outbound shipments for accuracy
Required Skills/Abilities:
- Knowledge of GMP in Manufacturing, Packing, and knowledge of FDA and USDA regulations are preferred.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Proficient and skilled with ERP tools
- Forklift and pallet jack certification
- Holding a CDL Class A license is a plus
General Responsibilities:
- Manage warehouse personnel
- Cycle counting of inventory, packaging materials, and finished goods
- Monitoring inventory turns in the warehouse
- General facility safety and cleanliness
- Other job duties as assigned
