What will you be doing?
Barclays Services Corp. seeks Assistant VP, TDS Senior Developer in Whippany, NJ:
Develop, enhance, and maintain software for Treasury & Liquidity that is responsible for collecting, managing, and storing various business data and generating and submitting regulatory reports.
Provide technical expertise on Scala and Cloudera Hadoop.
Evangelize DevOps to improve the quality and efficiency of delivery.
Participate in support for existing implementation.
Non-production development and test environment setup and management, Big-data solution design and optimization.
Contribute to the definition of development standards, patterns and techniques.
Contribute to model/design storming sessions, sprint demos, planning sessions and retrospectives.
Translate high level solutions into high quality technical artefacts; thinks 'outside of the box' to support the business in delivering its strategic objectives within the constraints of a regulatory environment.
Drive the adoption of Lean and Agile techniques; maintain a high-quality set of documentation.
May telecommute pursuant to company policies. [Hybrid]
Minimum Salary: $189,592.00 per year
Maximum Salary: $208,551.20 per year
The minimum and maximum salary/rate information above includes only base salary or base hourly rate. It does not include any other type of compensation or benefits that may be available.
