Assistant Volleyball Coach

Stuart Country Day School of the Sacred Heart in Princeton, New Jersey—an independent, Catholic, all-girls PS–12 Sacred Heart school dedicated to educating the whole child and inspiring young women to lead lives of exceptional leadership and service—is seeking an AssistantVolleyball Coach for the Upper School for the 2026–27 academic year.

This is a seasonal, stipend-based position. Compensation is based on a candidate’s education, years of experience, skill set, and internal equity.

Fall 2026 Upper School Volleyball – Coaching Details

Season: August 17- November 20th
 Practice Schedule: Monday–Friday, generally 3:30–5:30 PM
 Games: Mostly weekday afternoons; occasional later commitments may be required
 Weekends: Minimal
 Stipend Range: $4,000–$4,600

Fall 2026 Assistant Volleyball Coach – Position Overview

The AssistantVolleyball Coach supports the Head Coach in all aspects of team operations and athlete development.

Responsibilities

·         Assist with planning and leading practices

·         Coach and support athletes during games

·         Provide individualized instruction and feedback

·         Promote teamwork, program values, and a positive team environment

·         Attend all practices, games, and team events

Qualifications

·         Knowledge of volleyball fundamentals; prior coaching or playing experience preferred

·         Ability to collaborate effectively with the Head Coach and Athletics staff

·         Reliability and commitment to the full season schedule

·         Enthusiasm for mentoring young women in athletics
