Key Responsibilities: Designing Data Lake and Data Ingestion pipelines using Python. Deploying applications in GCP EC2 instances running Nginx web servers. Developing Dags in Cloud Composer to read Parquet, AVRO, ORC files from GCS buckets in GCP using Python and loading into BigQuery. Designing and developing Web Applications using Rest APIs with Django Rest framework and Fast APIs. Developing applications by utilizing relational and non-relational databases in cloud environments. Managing processing and analyzing large datasets for analytics and reporting. Implementing and reviewing cloud application security and access controls. Developing and enforcing custom IAM roles, service accounts, and least-privilege policies. Securing RESTful APIs using OAuth2, JWT, and role-based access controls. Programming and automating data pipelines and cloud workflows using Python, Java, CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure as code, and version control systems. Developing and deploying scalable data solutions utilizing agile methodologies, CI/CD methodologies, and both on-premises and cloud-based data warehouse/data lake architectures. Monitoring, troubleshooting, and optimizing cloud-based data services and applications for performance, security, and cost-efficiency using Cloud Monitoring, alerting, and logging services/tools.
