Molloy University seeks a strategic and forward-thinking leader to serve as Assistant Vice President of Real Estate Strategy & Facilities Operations, a newly elevated role at the center of the University's next phase of growth and transformation.
As Molloy continues to expand its academic programs, enrollment footprint, and community impact, the University is focused on re-imagining how its physical campus and real estate assets can best support long-term institutional goals. This role offers an exciting opportunity to design and execute a creative, mission-aligned campus master plan that advances growth, innovation, and student success while preserving Molloy's strong sense of community and identity.
The AVP will serve as the University's Primary strategist and operational steward of campus facilities and real estate assets, leading facilities operations while also shaping real estate strategy, capital planning, and expansion opportunities. Working closely with the President, CFO, Cabinet, and campus stakeholders, the AVP will translate academic vision and enrollment growth into thoughtful, financially responsible space solutions-whether through renovation, new development, partnerships, or optimization of existing assets.

Salary Information
When determining the salary offer for a new employee, Molloy considers several key characteristics such as job knowledge, skills, and experience as well as internal and external equity. The hiring annual salary for this position is between $150,000 to $190,000. This annual salary range represents the Universitys good faith and reasonable estimate of the range of compensation at the time of posting.
