About Us:
Sunshine Montessori has been a leading provider of early childhood education in San Juan Capistrano, CA, since we opened. Our commitment to high-quality education and a nurturing environment has earned us the trust of families and the admiration of our dedicated staff.
Our Program
Our children at Kensington Montessori range in age from 18 months through seven years. Many of our children start at 18 months and stay on with us until they move into first grade at their local public school. The Montessori curriculum meets and exceeds the California state standards for kindergarten. We are proud that many of our parents contact us after they leave to tell us how their children are thriving at their new schools. Their new teachers have told them that they are advanced and confident, which we are always pleased to hear. We are humbled by the trust placed in us and proud to hear of our children's accomplishments. We have added Spanish to our curriculum as well as STEAM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Art, and Math). Each Friday all of our classrooms do STEAM projects that are focused on our unit of study.
