Full-time Thrift Store Manager role, Monday-Friday, 9:00 A.M. - 5:00 P.M., $14.50/hour.
The position involves overseeing store operations, staff supervision, merchandise handling, donations, and sales to ensure profitability and compliance with policies.
Responsibilities include managing employee schedules, training, maintaining safety and cleanliness, processing cash and reports, and resolving customer issues.
Driving is a required duty.
Supervises staff and volunteers.
Requires a High School diploma or GED, at least one year of retail or management experience, and skills in customer service, communication, and basic computer use.
Must pass background checks, hold a valid driver’s license, and be approved to drive for work.
