POSITION OVERVIEW
We are seeking Assistant Teachers who are passionate about education and inclusive learning. Our students come from homeschool, after‑school, and neurodivergent communities. 


This role supports instruction through hands‑on STEM activities, tutoring, and classroom assistance in a high‑quality learning environment. 


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Support coding, robotics, and engineering workshops for K–8 students 
  • Assist with hands‑on projects in chemistry, biology, and applied sciences 
  • Provide individual and small‑group academic and STEM support 
  • Support students with IEPs or 504 plans using adaptive strategies and positive reinforcement 
  • Offer tutoring assistance in literacy, math, and STEM for K–12 students 
  • Help maintain a safe, positive, and inclusive classroom environment 
  • Assist with lesson preparation, classroom setup, and instructional materials 
  • Collaborate with teachers and administrators to support student success 
  • Communicate with parents and caregivers as needed 
  • Participate in team meetings and professional development 
EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS
  • High school diploma required (Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Education, STEM, or a related field preferred) 
  • Experience working with children in an educational or STEM setting 
  • Familiarity with FLL, FTC, or other robotics programs preferred 
  • Experience with chemistry or biology projects is a plus 
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills 
  • Ability to work in a fast‑paced, collaborative environment 
  • Willingness to participate in ongoing professional development
