About the Role ----------------
Join the Primrose School of Buford as an Assistant Teacher where youll inspire young minds in a nurturing and engaging environment. Be a part of a dedicated team that fosters a love for learning and supports the growth of children aged 6 weeks to 5 years.
Responsibilities -----------------
• Assist teachers in implementing daily lesson plans and educational activities. • Support childrens social and emotional development through positive interactions. • Supervise children during playtime ensuring safety and engagement. • Help maintain a clean and organized classroom environment. • Communicate effectively with parents regarding childrens progress and needs. • Participate in staff meetings and professional development opportunities. • Foster a positive and inclusive atmosphere for all children. • Assist with meal and snack times promoting healthy eating habits.
Requirements -------------
• Experience working with young children in an educational setting preferred. • Strong communication and interpersonal skills. • Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment. • Passion for early childhood education and child development. • CPR and First Aid certification preferred or willingness to obtain. • Background check clearance as required by state regulations. • Positive attitude and a genuine love for working with children. • High school diploma or equivalent early childhood education coursework preferred.
