JOB DESCRIPTION: PROGRAM SUPERVISOR
Part time position, hours flexible and negotiable
Starting pay: $24-$27 per hour with 90 day evaluation
SUMMARY OF POSITION
Under the general guidance and direction of the CEO, provides overall supervision of the operational and administrative functions of the company’s care provision activities.

DETAILED DUTIES
- Plans and supervises home care services to contracted clients;
- Performs Case management functions including preparation of Care Plans and subsequent procedural actions;
- Performs Initial home Visits, and scheduled In-home visits in accordance with strict timelines;
- Undertakes quality staffing and caregiver supervision;Ensures compliance with all the regulatory requirements;
- Communicates regularly with Case Managers, clients and caregivers as situation demands;
- Monitors employee’s attendance and overtime accumulation;
- Coordinates schedules, maintains the data base and ensures the monthly employee/caregiver calendars are updated and provided to the appropriate individuals in a timely manner;
- Process employee vacation requests;
- Maintains continuous communication with the Program Manager;
- Maintains good communication channels with office staff, clients, caregivers, and case managers;
- Answers phones in a professional and pleasant manner, triage and problem solve in an effective manner;
- Coordinates schedules, maintains the data base and ensures the monthly employee/caregiver calendars are updated and provided to the appropriate individuals in a timely manner;
- Manages phones during after-hours, weekend/holiday times ensuring emergencies are dealt with during the time the office is closed;
- Assists with recruiting and orientation of new caregivers
- Performs any other duties as assigned by the Program Manager.
