Requirements 3-5 years of experience as an Assistant Superintendent Experience on large, ground-up construction projects (multifamily strongly preferred) Background with reputable general contractors delivering complex builds Familiarity with construction management software such as Procore Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills OSHA knowledge and commitment to jobsite safety Must be able to commute to Allston, MA and work fully onsite
