Description

The Assistant Superintendent - Multifamily Developer will be responsible for

• Assist the Superintendent with day-to-day field operations on a $100M ground-up multifamily project
• Coordinate subcontractors, schedules, and site logistics to ensure project milestones are met
• Monitor safety protocols and enforce OSHA compliance on site
• Support quality control efforts and ensure adherence to project specifications
• Track progress and maintain documentation using Procore and related systems
• Conduct site walks, identify potential issues, and help drive solutions
• Communicate effectively with project teams, including PMs and field staff

Profile

A successful Assistant Superintendent should have:

• 3-5 years of experience as an Assistant Superintendent
• Experience on large, ground-up construction projects (multifamily strongly preferred)
• Background with reputable general contractors delivering complex builds
• Familiarity with construction management software such as Procore
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
• OSHA knowledge and commitment to jobsite safety
• Must be able to commute to Allston, MA and work fully onsite

Job Offer
